Here are a few updates on the project

Course Shells:
In addition to summer courses and fall courses that have been available in Quercus, winter 2019 course shells will be released in Quercus next week so instructors will have access to full year course shells for content migration.

Integration updates:

WileyPLUS

Portal Organizations:
We have sent out an email to divisional key contacts with the list of portal orgs for each division including the decision matrix and comparison guidance for alternatives to move the orgs to. Our goal is to receive confirmation by June 25th from each division for each org destination to ensure all org content is migrated before portal is decommissioned on Aug 31, 2018. I have attached the comparison chart for org destinations for your reference. 

We continue to work with you for content migration and offer to send content migration assistants to support this initiative within your division. Please email us at lme.migration@utoronto.ca to request assistance for content migration.
